Tufa Investment Group is a Calgary based real estate investment and acquisitions company. We buy property directly from owners across Calgary and Alberta, without a listing and without an agent in the middle.
We exist because selling should not require repairs, showings, or months of waiting. Some owners want certainty and a date they control. We give them that. We review a property, put a direct offer in front of the owner, and close on a date they choose.
We are not a brokerage. We do not list homes for sale, and we do not charge a commission. Every offer we make is our own, based on the property and our review of it.
